Vinarne – Côte des Blancs
Côte des Blancs se razteza južno od Épernaya vzdolž proti vzhodu obrnjenega krednega pobočja in je skoraj v celoti zasajena s Chardonnayjem – od tod ime. Cramant, Avize, Oger in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger so grands crus, Vertus pa označuje južni konec. Dlje proti jugu tudi Côte de Sézanne pridela večinoma Chardonnay, majhno območje Vitryat pa leži na vzhodu okoli Vitry-le-François.
