In Yountville liegt der allererste Weinberg des Napa Valley, 1836 von George Calvert Yount gepflanzt. Auf etwa 6 bis 60 Metern ist das Klima gemäßigt, mit kühlen, nebligen Morgen und Brisen von der San Pablo Bay, auf kiesigen Schlufflehmen und Schwemmlandböden. Cabernet Sauvignon und Merlot sind die wichtigsten Rebsorten.
